THE GREAT DYSTOPIAN SONG BOOK - I
SONGS FOR THE SETTING AND RISING SUN

---

THE STORY SO FAR:

Long was the year, rough was the year, and all this shit bubbled up to the surface like crude oil dredged from the field of some war torn blip on a map. In all this clanging and crashing also, were all of us in a state of torpor.

In spite of all this languishing, we committed these six tracks to all those 1's and to 0's on hard drives across our Long Island, convening where possible in otherwise caustic times and even more caustic environments.

These are songs of nostalgia, songs of that daily grinding down on our own sense of self, songs of where we are and song of where we are going. These are also songs that are just songs... I'll leave it to you to decide which are which

My endless gratitude to Tom & Joe for sticking with my constant call for updates as well as for their efforts writing/playing/recording.
